Ukrainian Startup Fund launches selection for TechCrunch Disrupt 2023

The Ukrainian Startup Fund, together with Ukrainian Bridge and Techosystem, has announced that it has started the process of selecting startups that will participate in the Ukrainian delegation at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023, the agency reported on Aug. 7.

The selection is taking place with the support of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Economy, the Ukrainian general consulate in San Francisco, and the USAID Competitive Economy Program in Ukraine.

Ten startups will be selected to join the Ukrainian delegation at TechCrunch Disrupt 2023.

The main requirements for startups to participate are as follows:

  • Pre-Seed, Seed, or Series A;
  • with functioning MVPs and, preferably, existing users;
  • have an English-speaking founder or team member;
  • registered and operating in Ukraine, positioning themselves as Ukrainian (this should be indicated on the website and on all public resources such as Crunchbase).

The startups selected to join the delegation will participate in planned side events about the Ukrainian tech ecosystem and will be able to pitch their businesses to investors.

TechCrunch Disrupt 2023 brings together companies working in fields including Fintech/DeFi, AI/ML, SaaS/Enterprise, Privacy/Security, Hardware/Robotics, Space, etc.
